I have retired from real estate after a fifteen-year career (you can read about it in my new book Inside Maharishi's Ashram. A Personal Story -- see my Memoirs page). I was a Realtor on the Emerald Coast from 2002-2017. I helped people buy and sell land, homes, and condos in Blue Mountain Beach, Seagrove Beach, Miramar Beach, Seacrest Beach, Destin, and Inlet Beach. For a number of years I was in the top 1.5 % of Realtors in the area.

Townhome in North Campus Village, Fairfield, Iowa
Available November 1 to May 1. We can be a bit flexible about these dates.
Lovely, fully-furnished two-bedroom MSV townhome in North Campus Village. First floor has a nice little front porch with a bistro set for having your tea or lunch outside. Inside has a modern kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, and all the dishes, utensils, and silverware you would need. A large dining room is directly off the kitchen and opens onto a large living room surrounded by windows and a side door to our garden. The walls are covered by David's paintings and others by artist friends. There is also a half-bath in this area.
Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms, a full bath, a linen closet, and a laundry closet with great new machines. There are large closets in both bedroom and lots of windows. The house has two level heating and air conditioning so you can set each level to your desired temperature.
Rent is $995 per month for the six-month period. You would pay Alliant for gas and electric. We have internet with Lisco and a wireless router or ethernet available. You can add the cost to the rent (about $80/m), or put the account in your own name and add TV service, if you like. We just have internet.
There is a large storage space below the first floor where we store our personal effects and you may also store your things there as well.
There are two parking spaces outside. We will be leaving our car for the winter and we can consider renting it out by month or by mile in case you might need an extra car from time to time.
